All shipments are processed under the same GST registration.

- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Custom or made‑to‑order items (including 3D printed products) may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India (PAN India delivery).
- International shipping is not available unless specifically agreed in writing.
3. Shipping Methods & Partners
- Orders are shipped through trusted third‑party courier and logistics partners.
- Shipping method is selected based on product type, delivery location, and order size.
HS IT Enterprise does not guarantee a specific courier service for delivery.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines generally range between 3–10 business days, depending on:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
- Any additional charges for remote locations, heavy items, or special handling may apply.
6. Delivery Delays
HS IT Enterprise shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or logistics partner issues

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
7. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched, wherever available.
- Customers are advised to track shipments using the provided tracking information.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- Customers must inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
- Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
📦 Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for processing any return, replacement, or refund request related to damaged, defective, or missing items.
Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
- If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, re‑shipping charges may apply.
- HS IT Enterprise is not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
10. Ownership & Risk
- Ownership and risk of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
- HS IT Enterprise is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery confirmation.
11. Service‑Only Orders
- Shipping is not applicable for service‑only orders such as GST registration, tender filling, GeM management, PAN, or DSC services.
12. Changes to This Policy
HS IT Enterprise reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
